He is the beloved husband of Mrs. Mervat Guirguis.
He is the loving father to Mr. Michael Hanna (and his wife Nevine), Mr. John Guirguis,(and his wife Ingy).
He is the beloved brother of Eng. Samy Guirguis husband of Dr. Sonia Guirguis, Dr. Maggie Kasisa and her husband George Kasisa.
He is the loving grandfather of Emma, Jenna Guirguis & Liam Hanna.
May God repose his soul and give comfort to the family.

All Friday Services will resume as scheduled
St Mary Nahda
A Blessed fast of St Mary
God willing the Nahda for St Mary will be from Friday 8/15/25 to Thursday 8/21/25 from 7-9 pm.
God willing we will be blessed with some of the reverend fathers, his grace Anba Gabriel and his grace Anba Karas. Please make every effort to attend in person to get their blessing.
May the intercessions of the Holy Theotokos be with us all Amen.
NOTE: All Friday night services are canceled for Nahda prayers.

- St. Simon the Elder Meeting will be cancelled this week (July 9th) and will take place on Saturday, July 19th after the conclusion of the Divine Liturgy.
- The Divine Liturgy for the Feast of the Apostles is this Saturday, July 12th from 8am to 12pm.

Liturgy Changed to Thursday 5/15/25
The peace and love of our Lord, God and Savior Jesus Christ be with you all.
The Divine Liturgy will be changed for this week to Thursday 5/15/25 from 8-11.
This year marks 1700 years since the Council of Nicaea and this Thursday 5/15 we celebrate the commemoration of St Athanasius the Great who was a key figure at the Council in defending the faith against the heresy of the Arians and was a leader in the writing of the Nicaean Creed which we as Coptic Orthodox Christians are so proud of.
Join us on Thursday from 8-11 as we remember the hero of the faith, St Athanasius the Great.
NOTE: THERE IS NO LITURGY ON WEDNESDAY 5/14/25.
